Hair In.X.s is a premier hair care salon established in 1994 which was created to give women a solution to having thinning hair and hair loss.
Our system can cover a number of hair problems and is of great help to the transgender community who are feeling that their hair or lack of it is a problem. Usually male pattern baldness is the most common problem and with our hair replacement system we can provide you with a full head of beautiful feminine hair.
You can have any colour, length or style you wish. We attach a very fine mesh to your existing hair and then attach a parting and fringe and the rest of the mesh gets filled up with hair and then is cut and styled to whatever you wish.
We have changed 100s of T/S lives over the last 20 years as it is a permanent solution and you can finally say good bye to wigs.Come along and have a one to one free consultation to insure a long term solution for your hair.

Debbie and Gill from Hair.In.Xs came along to tell us about the work that they do here.

All About Your Voice

Louise Milner-Smith

Voice and Speech Coach
[Qualified Speech and Language Therapist]

All about Your Voice

With over 15 years’ experience working with voice in the NHS, I now work privately as a voice coach, as well as offering counselling as a further support, as voice and emotions are intrinsically linked. I’m passionate about working with all my clients, helping them to achieve their optimum vocal results. My approach is holistic and includes specialist vocal guidance and vocal exercises, all of which are evidence-based. Each person is treated in a particular style, with a programme tailored appropriately to their individual needs. My work focuses on the trans community and with other professional “voice users”: singers, actors, teachers, public speakers, etc.

Louise came and spoke to us about the work that she has done and continues to do in the area of voice modification, particularly in relation to transgender people. You can read about her visit to us here and find out more information here.
